Mental breakdown: Depression in the middle of pandemic

Depression in the middle of the pandemic this is cause of overthink, problems, lose hope in everything that we do. Many of us specially youths suffer this kind of health mental breakdown where in this can affect our daily lives like school, work or in business. Before this pandemic our live is not just focus in the four station of our rooms and focus in the gadgets to have our meetings, classes and waiting an important emails or information, we have the enjoyments, quality time with friends wherein we are not overthink about problems in life. Depression during pandemic is so hard to overcome because we are stuck in the room of darkness we don’t know what to do, think and think and think until we procrastinate everything, requirements in school or business, it can result negativity like a failing grade or bankruptcy. This mental breakdown can also lead to a suicidal because they cannot handle the depression that they suffer. People suffering depression cannot focus on the goal of life.


One of the effects why mostly of us have suffer depression is that because of this crisis also or the COVID-19 pandemic because of lost jobs, lost income, isolation where in you need to be separate from your family in the isolation facility in 14 days to be observe by the nurse or the doctor it can cause an depression because you are too much thinking conclusion about the virus if you can overcome it? or you will die. Depression is not a joke, like in social media I saw some news like that student is depress and pressured of her school works for me suicide is not the reason to kill yourself you must need some rest for yourself to think properly or do not be so overthink of something that can lead to killing of yourself you need also to think first your family, friends or someone that make you happy, you can easily open to them specially to your family and I’m pretty sure they listen because they know also how hard to become a pressured student.


Depression is a hard challenge where in the most affected is your psychological capacity. To overcome depression during pandemic you don’t need to go out, bonds with friends, all you need is to pray everything, problems pray, pressured things pray etc. you need to be near to God if someone don’t want to listen to you or making you just for granted talk to God tell God your sadness then after that you have many things to realize, your pain will heal by the tears that makes you suffer. According to Aristotle, “Happiness consists in achieving, through the course of a whole lifetime, all the good health, wealth, knowledge friends.” For you to become happy you need, first the good health, then every good things follows.
