Avoid Being Pessimistic, Be an Optimist

in the situation we’re facing right now which is the COVID-19 Pandemic, that claim lives of many people and this Pandemic changes everything in our lives. It is disease that we can’t control because our enemy is invisible or can’t be seen. A kind of disease where the symptoms are the mild or common illness that a human encounter or experiences. During the Enhance Community Quarantine that starts last March 2020, people lost their job because everybody can not go outside Because they just should stay in their own home to avoid the said virus. Many families experience shortage of food and money and even if you have money but the market, supermarket, Groceries or even stores is close. During Pandemic or Quarantine many individuals loses their hope to survive, many people think Negatively.



Pessimistic or negative thinking people has many victims in our society. Mostly people nowadays thinking negatively more than positively, even in what situation we’re facing negativity always include in our mind. Its always come to our mind the word “What if?”. Thinking negatively or being pessimist can affect our health mentally, emotionally and physically. Pessimism can be described as a tendency to think negatively. A person who is pessimistic may frequently identify and focus on the negative, or unfavorable, aspects of a situation rather than concentrating on what is going right. Optimism is considered by many to be the opposite of pessimism and when you’re a pessimist kind of person you’ll always bothered of everything and sad because you think that everything will goes wrong or to something bad this also can cause you stress and anxiety and depression, sometimes I also thing negatively and its not really good to us because sometime we’re afraid to face something specially our fear because of overthinking things but if you are an optimist person you will just think that everything will be okay, everything will go smoothly as positive as you think and it will motivate you to be better or to do better. That is why I prefer to think positive than negative, When I think positive, I can motivate myself to Face such thing especially in school, my weakness is talking in front of many people like example when there is an oral recitation. I’m afraid to join because I already think that I can not do it or I am just going to fail it, that is why I just think that I can do it. Others can do it I can also do it.



Thinking positive Can make Impossible possible because thinking positive can make you strong physically and mentally. Positive thoughts Also can be your motivation to achieve or done something. The key to changing your negative thoughts is to understand how you think now and understand the problems that result.
